There are buinesses claiming they are hiring. Especially in Restaurants. When the people put in their applications and they do not have their own transportation they are turned down. But the people who get hired with their own transportation do not stay on the jobs (less then 90 days). So some of the business owners have to go back and find more people to hire and they still hire the wrong people with thier own transportation not caring about the business. Not all people with no transportation are interested, but they need a chance to prove themselves also!
So why don't they hire more of the people who can get around with out their own transportation that really want to work in the businesses they apply for instead of repeating the cycle of hiring the people who only want a pay check and not enjoy thier jobs? This is happening in N.C. Winston-Salem and other areas. A lot of people are moving up north just so they can get jobs with out needing thier own transportation. They can not afford the car insurance, gas and paying for the car along with the regular living home bills. Just had to let everyone know what's happening.
